1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Paradise Gaming Hub, operated by Coastal Reef Digital LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in the State of Florida, USA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Coastal Reef Digital LLC governing your access to and use of the website located at paradisegaminghub.com, including all subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

4. Account Registration and Security

Coastal Reef Digital LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Each user is permitted to maintain only one account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the permanent termination of all associated accounts. Account sharing with other individuals is also prohibited.

5. Virtual Currency and In-Platform Items

All virtual coins and any other in-platform items or features provided by Paradise Gaming Hub are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Virtual coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, real goods, or any other item of value under any circumstances.
• Virtual coins are not your property and do not constitute a financial asset, investment, or any form of legal tender.
• Coastal Reef Digital LLC reserves the right to modify, adjust, revoke, or reset any user's virtual coin balance at any time without prior notice and without liability.
• The accumulation of virtual coins through gameplay does not represent a financial gain or constitute income of any kind.
• Any attempt to sell, trade, exchange, or otherwise commercialize virtual coins is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of entertainment and agree not to engage in any conduct that we reasonably determine to be harmful, disruptive, abusive, or contrary to these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using automated tools, bots, macros, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the Platform or manipulate gameplay in any way.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, server infrastructure, or other accounts.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, threats, or any form of discriminatory conduct toward other users within community features.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing any content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any portion of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including advertising, solicitation, or promotion of goods and services.
• Circumventing any age verification or eligibility controls implemented by Coastal Reef Digital LLC.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design elements, graphics, software, text, audio, video, and other materials available on Paradise Gaming Hub are the exclusive intellectual property of Coastal Reef Digital LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The Paradise Gaming Hub name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of Coastal Reef Digital LLC.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of Paradise Gaming Hub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL COASTAL REEF DIGITAL LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or abusive behavior, or inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and all virtual coins and account data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@paradisegaminghub.com. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention laws.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@paradisegaminghub.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of notification.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal obligations, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
